This drawing or blueprint tube has a 3 inch inside diameter and unique design that permits telescoping from fully closed 29" length to a fully open 48" length. Twist-lock feature at desired lengths. Made of rugged black plastic, tube is water resistant and ideal for a multitude of uses. An adjustable carrying strap allows the tube to extend to any length and provides convenient portability. Has an orange twist off cap.
