This exclusive Speedball formula was created for safe and easy usage with Speedball Screen Filler (block out solution). Apply with brush, allow fluid to dry, then coat the screen with screen filler. When dry, the drawing fluid can be washed out, allowing the drawn image to be printed. Non-Toxic.
