Do you have a store in my state?

We have no stores, nor do we have a will call facility. Most orders ship from our Alsip, Illinois warehouse space. Commercial orders in the Chicagoland area may be eligible for our delivery. Sorry, we do not have a will call facility.

Why does my credit card statement show Village Supplies LTD™?

Our corporate name is Village Supplies LTD™ one of our website names is ARTSTUFF. All correspondence should be addressed to Village Supplies LTD™ at the above address.

Why do you only ship to the USA?
We ship via UPS Ground, and our shopping cart, database and computer system are all tied into the UPS database. Effective immediately, we no longer ship to Canada, as too many packages were being returned at the border due to non-payment of international duties. There are no exceptions to this policy.  We do not accept credit cards originating from outside of the USA.
