Who are you guys?

We are an Internet only company formed in 1997. Our staff includes technical suppliers each with at least with 30 years of experience supplying professionals, and 28 years of graphic arts experience. We are family owned independents and represent about 40 lines of technical and office products. We change our product lines constantly due to the hard to find nature of our products. We offer no open accounts.

Are the prices on the Web current?

Yes, they are. We are one of the very few suppliers on the Web who upload the product list constantly. Look for the date on the bottom of every page.

How do I shop this site?

There is a button that reads "Add to Cart" to the left of every item. Simply press the button and it will add the item to your secure shopping cart. You may then press continue shopping, which will return you to the Web page you were last on, or, if you're done shopping, calculate the shipping cost by choosing a shipping method from the drop down menu (the only choice we currently employ is UPS Ground) If you agree with the shipping charge and the total, proceed to checkout, and enter your information there. This is a Thawate secure site, so your credit card and personal information is encrypted. Your billing will be from Village Supplies LTD™ Sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards from outside of the USA. Effective immediately, we no longer ship to Canada. We do not accept orders by phone. If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, you may fax your order in to 708-824-1410.

Do you have a store in my state?

We have no stores, nor do we have a will call facility. Most orders ship from our Alsip, Illinois warehouse space. Commercial orders in the Chicagoland area may be eligible for our delivery. Sorry, we do not have a will call facility.
