If your package ships and we have to re-route the package to a different address when your package is in transit, UPS now charges a $10.00 re-routing fee. This fee will be applied to your credit card if we have to re-route your package. Please save or print this as your packing slip to verify your order on arrival. It also depends if the product is in stock. It usually takes 3-5 days for standard UPS shipping. We now ship smaller packages via USPS Priority mail. If an item is out of stock, it usually takes 3-5 working days for us to get that item in, therefore it may take up to 15 days (counting week-ends) before you receive your item. If it takes more then this and you are not notified by email or phone the reason why, you have the right to cancel your order so you can shop elsewhere. Please read the following information if you are considering shipping outside the U.S. Some items cannot ship outside of the U.S. This includes hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies. The items, their cost, their weight and size, and the destination determine the method of shipment and the cost of shipping international orders. International orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and also by UPS upon request. Shipping charges will be calculated and an e-mail will be sent for your approval within 2-3 business days. Orders will not ship without your approval. A phone number is required for delivery. *** The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. We are unable to remove pricing from documents, as the correct value must be provided. Return Policy: We offer a 30 day return policy on some items. We reserve the right to deny returns. If we choose to accept returns, there may be a 15% restocking charge. Freight charges are non-refundable. Returns are negotiated on an individual basis. Please contact us at orders53@gmail.com or call us at 708-824-1402 to state the nature of your return request. Call Customer Service at 708-824-1402 and have the order number in question available when you call. All returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Credit, minus freight and restocking charges if any, will be issued after the receipt and inspection on all items in question. RETURNS: In the event that your item was damaged in transit to you, a claim must be made upon delivery to the UPS driver and to us. All freight claims are your responsibility; check your package for damage BEFORE signing. This makes it easier for you to make your freight claim with UPS. You can contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS. If the item has a manufactured flaw, please contact us within 7 days at 708-824-1402 and we will help you get a replacement item from the manufacturer of the product. All manufacturers’ replacements are at the manufacturers’ discretion. We can not be held responsible for any damages due to handling, misuse of a product or damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of any product sold. billing will be from: BACK ORDERS: Sometimes a manufacturer or distributor cannot get their goods to us in a timely manner. In that event, we will cancel your back order within 15 days so you are free to try to find the item elsewhere, or re-submit your order to us.
