• Check your email for Quantum Ship Notification. If we have already sent you a tracking number, we will not send it again.

• We will respond by email within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.

• Orders are tracked at the end of the business day. No Exceptions!

 Note: Sorry, we will not track orders less than 3 days old. If you are tracking an order that has just been placed, your query will not be answered. Also, check in your building first to see if your package has arrived before tracking your order with us.
